- There are two types of Pretzels that people is easy to mixup with.
- One is what we call it alkaline biscuit-type pretzel another is a cookie just like a pretzel shape both is baked just with different forming system. There is also a bread type by Freid formed.
Biscuit-type production process：
- Mixer-Extruder-Soak alkaline water-Salt sprinkled-Baking
- The same production line can make salt stick biscuits, too, by changing the extruders.
Cookie type production process：
- Mixer-Rotary moulder-Soak alkaline water-Salt sprinkled-Baking
