Center-filled cookies

Commonly known as confectionery shortbread biscuits (very fragile), these are produced with the short pastry, which is very rich in fats and sugars and, therefore, very soft.
Confectionery shortbread biscuits are produced on depositors whose extrusion and forming heads can be diversified into continuous extrusion (grooved biscuit), wire-cut mold (wire-cut biscuits), fixing die, and twisting die (petit-four, rings, etc.)
And the center-filled cookie is, by one shot deposited it is formed with fillings inside no need for extra systems or machines to fill the chocolate or jam, or cream after baked, saving more steps of manual and costs.
One hopper can devise a maximum of 4colors to create cookies with three colors outside and fillings simultaneously.
